In order to use our Services, you may be required to sign up for an account and select a password and provide an email. You are responsible for any activity in connection with your account and shall only use the Services in a manner that complies with all laws and regulations. We recommend that you use 'strong' passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols) for your account.

When you use this product and related services, we may use related technologies to send one or more Cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect, identify and store information about your access to, and use of, the Products.   1. Storage location

    In accordance with laws and regulations, we will collect and generate your personal information during domestic operations and store it within Hong Kong SAR, China. If we do need to provide personal information overseas from Hong Kong, we will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulatory policies, and will follow relevant national regulations or seek your consent.

  2. Storage period

    We only retain your personal information during the necessary period for the purpose of providing service: Relevant information that you have released (if there any) will be retained during the period when you have not withdrawn, deleted or cancelled accounts. After exceeding the necessary period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

6. Revision and notification of the Privacy Policy

  1. In order to provide you with better services, related services will be updated and changed from time to time. We will revise this Privacy Policy in a timely manner. These revisions form part of this Privacy Policy and have the same effect as this Privacy Policy. Without your clear consent, we will not reduce the rights you should enjoy based on the current effective Privacy Policy.
  2. After the update of this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated version on the Product so that you can be informed of this Privacy Policy in a timely manner.

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian of a child from whom you believe we have collected personal information in a manner prohibited by law, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected personal information through the Service from a child without the consent of the child's parent or guardian as required by law, we will comply with applicable legal requirements to delete the information.

For more details about the personal information we have collected, please see Section 1, above, titled 'General collection, processing and using of personal information' along with relevant other sections. We collect this information for the business and commercial purposes described above. We share this information with the categories of third parties described above (as such term is defined in the CCPA) the personal information we collect. We do not sell your personal information; and will not sell your personal information without providing you the ability to opt out. Please note that we do use third-party cookies for our advertising purposes as further described above.

Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA and CPRA provide California consumers the right to: (i) request to know more details about the categories or specific pieces of personal information we collect (including how we use and disclose this information); (ii) to delete their personal information from Winus, and upon request, to any third party with whom Winus has shared your personal information; (iii) to opt out of any 'sales' of their personal information that may be occurring, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights; (iv) the right to opt out of any profiling or automated processing of personal information done to evaluate personal aspects of an individual and to make predictions such as performance at work, economic situation, health, preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements.
